Professional biography:

Dr Bates joined Weston Park Cancer Centre as a Consultant Clinical Oncologist in September 2012 after completing her specialist training at Weston Park Cancer Centre. Dr Bates is a graduate of Nottingham University, specialising in the treatment of thoracic cancers. Dr Bates is an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University of Sheffield, and a fellow of Royal College of Radiologists.
